Cashier(s)

Full and part time positions available at new take-out hot dog store operating from 11AM – 11PM daily. Ideal candidate must have past experience with using/maintaining a point of sale cash register system that interacts with all aspects of store operations including traditional patron ordering, order fulfillment, q/c, payment, etc. activities in addition to inventory control and supply chain functions. Harbor Touch OS experience preferred. Secondary responsibilities include managing remote ordering modes such as phone, fax, website, internet, grub-hub, etc. orders. Other duties include coordinating daily in-store menu board and internet/website/social media menu postings. All team members are expected to work together to consistently deliver a quality product to our patrons while maintaining an efficient, safe, and  sanitary work environment. Ideal applicants will have the background outlined above, the ability to effectively communicate with others members of the kitchen team, and the willingness to work with them to overcome unexpected challenges.

Line Cook(s) and Kitchen Assistant(s)

Full and part time positions available at new take-out hot dog store operating from 11AM – 11PM daily. Duties of Line Cook(s) include food preparation while always observing and maintaining safety protocols and cleanliness standards, daily AM set up and PM cleaning of equipment, and verification of stock. Duties of Kitchen Assistant(s) include assisting staff members with all aspects of kitchen operations in addition to daily AM ramp-up and PM cleaning duties. All Kitchen staff will need to have great communication skills, the ability to lift 25-50 lbs, and work standing for the length of the shift. Responsibility, reliability, and professionalism are a must. Past foodservice experience is required as well. All team members are expected to work together to consistently deliver a quality product to our patrons while maintaining an efficient, safe, and  sanitary work environment. Ideal applicants will have the background outlined above, the ability to effectively communicate with others members of the kitchen team, and the willingness to work with them to overcome unexpected challenges.
